Our families are asked to participate in the following electives in order to enrich their academic journey.
Junior Achievement K-12 Programs: Students participating in JA programs have a greater comprehension of economic and business than their non-participating peers. Junior Achievement helps prepare students to develop successful financial management habits; empowers them to explore the potential of becoming an aspiring entrepreneur and provides them with the skills necessary to succeed in a global workforce. : Visit http://www.ja.org to learn more about becoming more involved in JA’s programs.
Bringing real-world experiences into view, helps kids bridge the gap between what they learn in the classroom and what they can expect in the world of work. We offer the JA program weekly, bi-weekly and in a 4 hour day program. Certificates are given for completion of JA programs. Classes are held on the 1st, 3rd and the 4th Monday night of the month @6:15pm. Dates and times are subject to change.
CCIA our Youth Discipleship Institute is also a part of our elective training. CCIA is our Character Building-Biblical Base Curriculum . We’ve extended and cut out the academics in order to focus solely on discipleship. Our school is designed to teach and equip youth with the armor needed for success and Godly prosperity by having faith in Jesus Christ. Completion of specific areas of study students will receive certificates. Classes held every Monday night @ 5:30pm. Dates and times are subject to change.
